Festival Rules & Guidelines
We’re thrilled to have you join us for this special event! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please review the following guidelines:
- Coolers are welcome, but NO GLASS containers, please.
- Be prepared to walk
- NO PETS are allowed at the event.
- Feel free to bring a chair or blanket to relax, but pop-up tents and canopies are not permitted.
- NO CAMPING is allowed on the event grounds.
- NO GUNS, KNIVES, OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND
- NO DRONES OR PROFFESIONAL CAMERA EQUIPMENT
Tickets
- All sales are final.
- All tickets must be purchased online. Tickets will NOT be sold at the gate.
- Tickets can be scanned directly from your phone. If you’ve purchased multiple tickets, please have each guest’s ticket ready for faster entry.
- Once your ticket has been validated, re-entry on the same ticket is not allowed.
- Don’t wait to buy your tickets! This event has sold out almost every year, so secure yours now before they’re gone!



Food & Vendors
- Cookers and BBQ grills are not allowed. This is a charity event, so we kindly ask you to support our amazing food vendors!
- Some vendors accept cash only, so please BRING CASH to ensure you don’t miss out on anything.
Transportation & Parking
- Please car pool
- Please park in designated parking areas. A shuttle service will be available to assist guests with disabilities.
